1. Who we are
Hibiscus Aesthetics & Wellness is a physician-led practice offering aesthetic treatments, medical weight loss, hormone therapy, and related wellness services, provided in person at our Katy, Texas clinic and, where permitted, through virtual (telehealth) care. Our services are directed and supervised by a licensed physician.
2. Not a substitute for emergency care
Our website and services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use our website, booking tools, or messaging features to seek emergency care.
3. Medical disclaimer
Information provided on this website, including blog articles and educational content, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for a professional consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. No physician-patient relationship is created by your use of this website alone. 4. Telehealth services

6. Appointments, cancellations, and no-shows
Appointments may be booked through our online scheduling system or by contacting the clinic. We may require a cancellation or rebooking notice, and fees may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments as described in our current scheduling and cancellation policy. Please contact us for the policy in effect at the time of your appointment.
7. Payment and fees
You agree to pay all fees for services you receive. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept the payment methods indicated at the clinic and online. Financing options offered through third-party providers are subject to those providers’ separate terms, and we are not responsible for their decisions or services.
8. Products and third-party stores
Our website may link to third-party stores where you can purchase skincare, supplements, or related products recommended by our practice. These purchases are made directly with the third-party retailer and are governed by that retailer’s terms and policies. We are not the seller and are not responsible for products, orders, fulfillment, or disputes arising from third-party stores.
9. Results and expectations
Individual results from aesthetic, weight loss, hormone, and wellness treatments vary and cannot be guaranteed. Any before-and-after images, testimonials, or descriptions of outcomes on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of the results you will achieve. Your provider will discuss realistic expectations with you during consultation.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Hibiscus name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Hibiscus Aesthetics & Wellness and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.
